Refund Policy
Zero-surprise billing, in writing.
1. Failed or distorted renders
Generations that fail or drift identity never consume quota — free looks and paid credits are untouched automatically. No claim needed.
2. Credit packs (14 days)
Unused Yoco credit packs are refundable within 14 days of purchase, no questions asked. Partially used packs are refunded pro-rata on the unused balance. Write to support@wigsta.co.za with your account email.
3. How refunds land
Approved refunds return to the original Yoco card within 5–10 business days. Credits never expire, so there is never pressure to spend.
